Bruzlo offers a 90-day guarantee. For help with a return or guarantee request, email hello@bruzlo.com.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are approved for orders that arrive damaged. Email hello@bruzlo.com for assistance with your refund request.

If you need to change your order or shipping address, email hello@bruzlo.com as soon as possible.

We’ll accommodate changes when possible, but changes cannot be guaranteed.

To request a cancellation, email hello@bruzlo.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

Cancellations requested more than 30 minutes after an order is placed cannot be guaranteed.
